2006-10-20: Fox Hunt on Friday, October 27th at 10:00AM. We will start the hunt in the radio room, Engr 376A. If you have a 2-meter radio, please bring it and make sure the batteries are charged.

Chris will be discussing the SVWUX wireless mesh network project. We will move to the Student Union, 3rd Floor, Pacheco Room at 7:30PM for the presentation. Don't miss it!

2004-08-03: We're repainting the radio room this month. We are tentatively planning to undertake this endeavour August 21-22. We still need people and paint. Classes begin August 25th.

2004-03-24: We need your help! The tower and antennas in the engineering courtyard need to be moved to the roof of the engineering building. This move will occur this Friday, March 26 at 8:00am. We will convene in the courtyard.

2004-03-24: We have a ham that needs help putting up a di-pole. Contact our President if you wish to volunteer. Free pizza will be provided.

2004-03-11: We had a brief meeting today. One of the members propsoed a fox hunt. This proposal had enthusiastic support. We plan to have another on-campus VE Exam session in 2 to 3 weeks. Today's election was successful. We now have an all-ham cast of elected officers: President: Jared Buckley KG6RHS, Vice-President: Eric Stackpole KF6JBP, Secretary: Eric Cain AE6HZ, Treasurer: Vitaliy Alexeev KG6LRI.

2004-03-05: SJSUARC participated in the College of Engineering open house. Many high school and community college students passed through. We had a couple of them use our club call on the air.

2004-03-04: SJSUARC to have a elections next Thursday, March 11th at 1:00pm in the Radio Room. The meeting will start with business and elections will be held shortly thereafter. (around 1:30pm) Please show up on time to make your vote count. To run for an office, please let the Secretary know. You can declare your candidacy anytime up to the beginning of the meeting.
